Waveplates gradually restores over time and there is a storage limit.

Astrites can be consumed to exchange for Waveplates.

Data values reflecting the real-time status of the Resonator. When the Resonator is active, the Waveplate gradually depletes. Once it reaches a critical level, the Resonator's mobility becomes restricted.
