Frequently Asked Questions
A Roll Data Tracker is a tool that logs every roll you make on banners in Wuthering Waves. Each time you convene, the system records details such as the banner name, the number of convenes, the results obtained, the 4★/5★ drop rates, and the frequency of each character or weapon appearing. With this information, you can closely monitor your summon history, evaluate the odds of getting your desired item, and plan your resource usage efficiently.
This notification means your Convene URL has expired. You can quickly verify this by opening the URL in your browser—if your summon history doesn’t display exactly as it does in-game or you see a “Network error, please try again later” message, the link is no longer valid.
To generate a new URL, reopen the Convene History section in the game and perform the import again following our instructions.
Wwplus is safe. We only use the Convene URL via a Windows PowerShell command; we never interfere with the game itself or ask you to provide any login credentials. This method is widely adopted by many other gacha games and similar tracking websites, and to date there have been no reports of accounts being banned for using it.
However, we are an independent third-party service with no direct affiliation to Kuro Games, and we accept no liability for any issues or damages affecting your account or data.
You’re free to audit the script yourself: simply copy its link into your browser, download it, and review the source code—everything is publicly available and fully transparent, with nothing hidden.
Your summon data is automatically stored on our website’s servers using MongoDB. This data is encrypted to protect your privacy and security, and all information transmitted between your device and our servers is secured via HTTPS.
Our site also maintains continuous automatic backups to ensure your summon data remains safe, preventing loss due to the game’s limited history retention (typically up to six months). We pledge never to share this data with any third party and use it solely for statistical analysis of summon history—never storing or accessing any sensitive personal information.
Your summon history will not update automatically. You need to manually run the import command each time you want to sync your summon history to the website.
First of all, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please carefully review and follow the steps again, ensuring you have opened the Convene History section in-game before running the import command. Sometimes the in-game history data may not be fully updated, which can cause the import to fail.
If the issue persists after retrying, please contact our support team on Discord for the fastest assistance.
The in-game Roll History only displays up to your most recent six months of summons, as noted at the bottom of the history page. Accordingly, our website can only import whatever data you see in the game’s Roll History at the moment you run the import.
However, that’s exactly why this site exists. Once you import your data to the website, our system automatically backs up your entire Roll History, so you never need to save it manually. That backup is stored securely, allowing you to review any past pulls at any time.
If you haven’t imported your data yet, do it today to avoid losing your older pull history. In the near future, we’ll also add a manual-import feature so you can manage your data even more proactively—stay tuned!
