Jump up into the mid-air and slash the target, dealing Aero DMG.
Skyfall Severance
While in mid-air, press Resonance Skill to deal Aero DMG, which removes all stacks of Spectro Frazzle, Havoc Bane, Fusion Burst, Glacio Chafe, and Electro Flare from the target hit and inflicts 1 stack of Aero Erosion for each stack removed.

Mid-air Attack - Cloudburst Dance
Perform up to 2 consecutive attacks, dealing Aero DMG (considered Resonance Skill DMG) and healing all nearby Resonators in the team. Cast through the following 3 ways:
- Press Normal Attack right after casting Resonance Skill Awakening Gale.
- Press Normal Attack right after casting Intro Skill.
- Press Normal Attack right after casting Heavy Attack Razor Wind.
When casting Mid-air Attack Cloudburst Dance, hold Normal Attack to perform Mid-air Attack.
Resonance Skill - Unbound Flow
At max Windstrings, Resonance Skill Awakening Gale becomes Resonance Skill Unbound Flow: Perform up to 2 consecutive attacks. Each attack consumes 60 Windstrings, dealing Aero DMG, considered Resonance Skill DMG.
Switching to another Resonator after Stage 1 automatically triggers Stage 2 of this skill.
Windstring
Rover can hold up to 120 Windstrings.
Each stage of Mid-air Attack Cloudburst Dance restores 25 Windstrings on hit.
Casting Intro Skill restores 20 Windstrings.
Hitting a target with Basic Attack Stage 3 or 4 or Dodge Counter restores 10 Windstrings.

Resonance Chain

Casting Mid-air Attack Cloudburst Dance enhances Rover's resistance to interruption for 3s.

Casting Resonance Skill Unbound Flow continuously restores HP for the Resonator on the field by 20% of Rover's ATK every 3s for 30s. When the Resonator on the field has an HP lower than 35%, immediately restore 10% of their lost HP. This restoration effect can be triggered once every 10s and will not be affected by any Healing Bonus.

Aero DMG Bonus is increased by 15%.

Casting Mid-air Attack Cloudburst Dance increases Resonance Skill DMG Bonus by 15% for 5s.

The DMG Multiplier of Resonance Liberation Omega Storm is increased by 20%.

The DMG Multiplier of Resonance Skill Unbound Flow is increased by 30%.

Aero Rover's Signature weapon, with a unique passive that allows them to Amplify the Aero DMG of all members in the team for 30s after using their Forte enhanced Skill, giving them great buffing capability for Aero units, and also granting lots of Energy Regen that allows getting your Ultimate back much easier.
Echo set
Echo set 1

5pcs Set: Inflicting Aero Erosion upon enemies increases Aero DMG for other Resonators in the team by 15%, and for the equipped Resonator by an additional 15%, lasting for 20s.
As a sub-DPS, Aero Rover's best-in-slot echo set in Gusts of Welkin as it works well with the Negative Effect of Aero Erosion that is a primary mechanic to his kit. This only works if you have another Resonator that can stack negative status effect on the enemies though, so it may be limited right now.
Summon the Windcleaver to attack the target, dealing 27.36% Aero DMG 8 times and 136.80% Aero DMG once.
The Resonator with this Echo equipped in their main slot gains 10.00% Aero DMG Bonus. If this Resonator is Rover: Aero or ???, grant another 10.00% Aero DMG Bonus.
CD: 20s.
With a Sub-DPS build, provides Aero DMG buffs to Rover and the team.
Echo set 2

5pcs Set: Increases the ATK of all party members by 15% for 30s upon healing allies.
As a support, Rejuvenating Glow is thge best choice for Rover's best echo set for their healing kit, while offering supportive capabilities through ATK buffs to other party members.
Activate the Echo Skill to summon a fraction of the Fallacy of No Return's power and deal a blast to the surrounding area, inflicting Spectro DMG equal to 15.86% of Max HP, after which the Resonator gains 10% bonus Energy Regen and all team members 10% bonus ATK for 20s.
Hold Echo Skill to unleash a series of flurry assaults at the cost of STA, each dealing Spectro DMG equal to 1.58% of Max HP; Release to end the assail in a powerful blow, dealing Spectro DMG equal to 19.82% of Max HP.
CD: 20s
Rover (Aero)'s current best echo choice due to the ATK bonus provided to the entire team. Grants bonus Energy Regen, making healing from Res. Liberation much easier.

Synergies & Team Formation
Synergies
Aero Rover amplifies Jiyan's Aero DMG via their free signature weapon Bloodpact's Pledge passive, and the healing they provide means they can effortlessly trigger the Rejuvenating Glow set effect for some extra ATK% and Aero DMG% thanks to their weapon. This makes the pair suitable, but unfortunately they fall behind other Support options like Verina and Shorekeeper because of their higher buffing potential and Jiyan's inability to exploit Aero Erosion.
